From demolition to services
You begin with demolition and clearance, continue with the hidden services – plumbing, electrics and air conditioning – and only then close walls with drywall and plaster. A service forgotten at this stage is very expensive to correct later.
From plaster to finish
After plaster come flooring and cladding, then skim coat and paint. Flooring usually precedes paint so that the paint covers installation marks, and small adjustments are made at the end.
